- 1 pre-made or homemade pizza dough
- 1/8 cup cornmeal (for dusting)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing the crust)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
