Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the cheesecake layer:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

For the coffee cake layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup sour cream

For the cinnamon streusel:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil.
  • For the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  • For the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
  • For the coffee cake layer: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream. Carefully spread over the cheesecake layer.
  • For the streusel: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the coffee cake layer.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cool for 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
