Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Sheet puff pastry
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Olive oil should be heated in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook until the steak is browned after adding the ground beef and onion.
  • Cook for an additional two minutes after adding the cumin, garlic, jalapenos, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese.
  • Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet and fill with beef mixture.
  • Fold pastry over and seal edges. Brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
